Diziana Multi-Level Menu

Multi-Level Menu

Add a navigational menu to your site. This enables users to navigate through your content.

This automatically takes your Categories and Sections and Articles organizes them according to the order in “Arrange Content”.

Multilevel Menu is a plugin that enhances the user-experience and usability of Help Center. Multilevel Menu appears in sidebar (left or right -- fixed or floating) and displays all categories, sections, and articles (up to 30) under each section; user can see current category, section and article that is being shown.

Multilevel Menu works on category, section and article pages (templates). Multilevel Menu leverages Zendesk Help Center API, hence it uses various caching strategies to reduce the number of API requests within a session (or across sessions).

Multilevel Menu comes with a javascript api, and usage documentation to allow further configuration and customization.

Content Type Icon

Improve the usability of the help center by adding content type icon on the title of the help center articles. This helps your users initially know what the article contains, avoiding an extra step to open it and preview. Isn't it is Cool!!!

So whether the article has videos, images, downloadable links, an icon associated with the title makes it more understandable and presentable.

The plugin has named set of icons that are used to map with the content type of your help article with an icon file. An icon file is an image that is mapped with the labels on the article page. The supported image file formats are PNG.

For an e.g. suppose any of your user is looking at your help center content. With this plugin, he can find whether a particular article contains a downloadable file or have any videos in it just by looking at the icons on the article heading with in a category/section list.
