What is the Branding service?
Our Branding service updates a Diziana theme to match your brand guidelines. This includes implementing your logo and favicon, changing the color scheme (up to 5 colors), updating icons (up to 10), changing banner/hero images, and customizing header and footer links, colors, and images. It also includes theme installation and content migration for up to 20 articles.
What is BYOD Customization?
BYOD (Bring Your Own Design) Customization converts your design mockups into a fully functional Zendesk Guide help center. You can bring your own design or we can help create the UX (quoted separately). We then customize a Diziana theme to match your approved design, including full installation and 90 days of email support.
When should I choose the Upgrade service?
The Upgrade service is ideal for minor customizations such as upgrading to the new theming experience, updating an existing theme to a new version, integrating Diziana plugins with your themes, customizing plugins for your help center, or other small changes that do not qualify under the BYOD service. Contact us to determine which service tier fits your needs.
How long does a typical customization take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of your project. After you place an order and provide the required information (design files, assets, help center access, etc.), Diziana will provide a start date and expected ETA. Simple branding updates may take a few days, while full BYOD customizations can take several weeks.
What support is included after customization?
All Diziana services include 90 days of email support for fixing issues related to our work. You also get access to Diziana's Zendesk Help Center for self-service resources. For extended support or additional assistance beyond the included period, please contact our team.
