Diziana Refund Policy | Zendesk Themes Refund & Cancellation Terms

At Diziana, a division of Allies Interactive Services Private Limited, we specialize in providing high-quality Zendesk themes and plugins to enhance your customer support experience. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

2. NO REFUNDS POLICY

Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it is considered used, and we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. Please ensure that the product meets your needs before completing your purchase.

3. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
