Diziana Privacy Policy | Zendesk Themes, Customer Data & Privacy Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We consider the privacy of our customers of critical importance. We do not pass any information to any 3rd parties unless directly related for purchasing purposes, such as to the transaction companies who process the actual transactions.

We require your consent in order to use your site as an example on our customer collateral.

At Diziana we have a few fundamental principles:

WEBSITE VISITORS

Like most website and app operators, Diziana collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Diziana's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Diziana's visitors and customers use its products. From time to time, Diziana may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its services.

GATHERING OF PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

Certain users or visitors of Diziana choose to interact with Diziana in ways that require Diziana to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Diziana gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask customers who sign up for an account within the Diziana to provide an email address. In each case, Diziana collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user's interaction with Diziana. Diziana does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

AGGREGATED STATISTICS

Diziana may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its websites and users of its iOS and Android applications. For instance, Diziana will monitor usage of meditations as well as the information entered by users as part of their self-assessment "check-in" process. Diziana may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Diziana does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

PROTECTION OF CERTAIN PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

Diziana discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Diziana's behalf or to provide services available on Diziana, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organisations may be located outside of your home country; by using Diziana, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
