We are happy to make "Diziana Rich Ticket Field Description (Hint) Plugin" available for everyone. We built this plugin a couple of year back but never realised this could be something many would want; but lately a few companies reached out to us for this.
Zendesk only allows plain text for ticket field descriptions in Zendesk Ticket Request Forms which is shown to end-user on Zendesk Guide Help Center(s).
Diziana Rich Ticket Field Description Plugin:
- provides a way for Zendesk Guide Managers or Support Admins to add rich (html) descriptions to ticket fields (default or custom fields).
- allows to define different hints/descriptions for a custom filed appearing in different ticket forms
