We (Diziana) just launched a new store; if you have visited us, you must have noticed the change.
We have given up self-hosted store which was based on Magento (community version) in favor of Shopify.
We think, we will be able to do a lot of things without spending too much time worrying about maintaining store software and services. We will let Shopify take care of keeping store software update. We will rather use all that time improving our products and services.
Our team will be writing blog posts to share Zendesk products related tips, tricks, and best-practices.
