Diziana converts your ideas into a fully functional Zendesk Guide Help Center. You can bring your design mock-up, or we can help you create UX (separately charged - custom quotation).

Once we have design, we will customize one of Diziana Themes (license included in the cost) to match with signed off design.

You can bring your own design, and we will convert that to a fully-functional Zendesk Help Center.

Scope of Work:

  • Installation and Integration
    •  Deploying (branded/customized) theme(templates) to your Help Center.
  • Support
    • Ninety (90) days via email for fixing issues in Diziana's work
  • Process
    • Once order is placed, Diziana will reach out to you the contact who ordered, and request information (design files, assets, help-center access, etc.).
    • Diziana will provide a start-date along with overall expected ETA after reviewing information provided by you.
